The Kohinoor Group has been proudly high in the real estate development sector in Pune for over 30 years. When the group started operations in 1983 under the able leadership of Mr. Krishnakumar Goyal, Chairman and Managing Director, he started a cement trading business.

Construction and development began in 1989 under the name Kohinoor Constructions.
